Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect the quality of products during and after production.
- Ensure that all products conform to the required standards and specifications.
- Certify products before distribution to confirm they meet quality benchmarks.
- Maintain quality control tools, equipment, and systems.
- Prepare and submit daily quality reports and analysis on product performance.
- Collect and document feedback from clients on product quality.
- Monitor production processes to ensure strict compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of quality standards, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports.
- Proficiency in using quality control equipment and relevant software.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field is preferred
