The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and improving business processes, quality standards, and information security controls.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
- Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues, and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements, and good industry practice.
- Conducting site visits to analyze equipment and established processes. Interviewing staff and management to determine the efficacy of personnel.
- Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas. Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.
- Creating and presenting process reports for client approval.
- Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
- Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, network security, information security controls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor (is an advantage).
