Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and manages all projects on the company’s behalf.
• Provides the board with advice on the management of projects.
• Ensures that the execution of every project is in compliance with the acceptable standard.
• Oversees the costing and billing of projects.
• Inspects and evaluates projects to ensure that the execution is as planned, and recommends corrective measures where necessary.
• Ensures that the goal of each project is promptly and qualitatively delivered.
• Prepares reports on the progress of the execution of projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a BSc. degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Project Management Certification
• 2 - 3 years experience in Project Management in the Build industry
• Ability to interpret building design plans and specification documents
  
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Sound critical thinking skills
• Solid analytical skills
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask
• Effective time management skills
• Negotiation and conflict management skills
• Computer literacy, with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Project Management applications.

Location: Our office is located around Lekki Phase 1 while the site is at Epe, Lagos.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000
