Job Summary
We are seeking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Head of Network Rollout in driving large-scale mobile network deployment initiatives. This role involves managing multiple site rollout projects, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality and compliance throughout the rollout process.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end network rollout projects in alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of network sites.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain project documentation.
- Conduct regular progress reviews, report updates to senior management, and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance project execution efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing telecommunications or infrastructure projects.
- A proven track record in mobile network rollout or large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
