Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Define scope, schedule, and allocate resources.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance.
- Liaison between clients, teams, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and enforce safety.
- Employ efficient tools to track, manage, and monitor projects, and improve existing processes.
- Ensure proper project closure, client training, documentation signing, etc.
- Develops and updates safety policies and SOPs.
- Conducts risk assessments and implements mitigation measures.
- Ensures adherence to regulations and manages permits.
- Provides employee training on safety procedures and emergency drills.
- Investigate incidents and maintain detailed records.
- Oversees safety practices and enforces PPE usage.
- Manages waste and ensures environmental standards.
- Communicates safety updates and enhances safety
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc
- 2 years of previous work experience in similar role
