Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor real estate construction and development projects.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to manage construction timelines.
  • Supervise project staff and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
  • Report progress, challenges, and completion status to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing building construction and real estate development projects.
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with construction regulations.
  • Familiarity with health & safety standards.
