Support the planning and delivery of programmes including workshops, film screenings, book clubs, library and community initiatives, with growth into a Programmes Manager role.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate events, workshops, and community programmes
- Manage logistics (venues, vendors, facilitators, materials, tech)
- Support non-lending library operations
- Track participation, feedback, and budgets
- Maintain calendars, SOPs, and programme reports
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in programme coordination/events/operations
- Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel between Lagos and Ibadan
- Comfortable with Google Workspace & project tools
- Passion for growth and social impact
- Experience in the nonprofit or cultural/education sector (Preferred)
- Community/event coordination experience (Preferred)
- Interest in Nigerian cultural and indigenous knowledge systems (Preferred)
