We seek to hire a Production Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set daily/weekly/monthly Action-plans and communicate same to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure the safe use of production equipment & schedule regular maintenance.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Identify issues in terms of inefficiency and suggest possible improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Train new employees on production procedures & how to safely use production machinery.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing processes of Plastic/Polyethylene products.
- Vocational Training Centers Certificates etc will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Computer
- Good communication,
- Confident decision-making,
- Ability to act quickly,
- Effective planning,
- An eye for detail,
Ability to take ownership, etc.
Location: Enugu, Enugu State.
