Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily fashion production activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor quality control throughout the production process to uphold brand standards.
- Liaise with tailors, vendors, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
- Track inventory of raw materials and finished products, and support procurement when needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and update status reports.
- Assist in organizing and managing fittings, quality checks, and dispatches.
- Ensure production meets established deadlines and budget constraints.
- Handle customer service inquiries related to production and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure alignment between product development and client expectations.
- Adhere to and promote safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fashion production or logistics is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with Afro-centric fashion is a plus.
