Product Manager

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends within the Nigerian market.
• Analyse competitive products, identifying opportunities and potential threats to our company's market share.
• Gather insights on pricing, features, and distribution channels to inform product strategy.
• Gather and interpret customer feedback to identify product improvements and new feature ideas.
  

Sales and Marketing Support:

• Develop product-related sales and marketing materials, ensuring effective communication of product value and benefits.
• Train sales teams on product features, specifications, and competitive advantages.

Stakeholder Management:

• Regularly update senior management on product performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields An MBA is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the small domestic appliance sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian market, particularly small domestic appliances.
• Proficient in data analysis and product performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to focus on consumer needs, ensuring product offerings are aligned with market demands.
