Job Summary
Our client is a leading company that provides innovative tech solutions in the business aviation industry in Nigeria. Our cutting-edge product is designed to enhance the efficiency, safety and access for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire a talented, vibrant and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a PM, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Product Roadmap, Product Development & Product Strategy. You will be responsible for managing the product life, relating with all stakeholders including technical team, Management, and the Customers and ensuring continuous alignment with our strategic goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The overall responsibility of the PM is to ensure product success.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap such as aligns with our strategic goals and customer needs
- Define, monitor, and achieve product KPIs
- Must have good understanding of the Customers/users, the product, the market, and the business
- Work closely with all relevant stakeholders (engineers, business team, customer service, digital media, etc.)
- Communicate product updates and releases to internal teams and external stakeholders, such as customers and partners
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continually improve the usability and functionality of products and services
- Product reports & documents to Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a
- Product Manager (Product Management certification is an added advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of aviation industry regulations and standards is a plus.
