Product Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your deep understanding of analytics and statistics to derive insights from
• Flexible Rent data in the form of both standalone dashboards and ad-hoc analysis
• Create tools that enable internal stakeholders to solve everyday problems by leveraging thoughtfully presented data
• Partner with the leadership team to define and design KPI reporting that informs product and business decisions
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey to deliver a world-class user experience
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve data quality and architecture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, or Engineering
• Motivated to improve credit access for millions of renters in the US
• A desire to learn and grow
• A team-first mentality and willingness to do what needs to be done to achieve goals
• Enjoy telling stories through data, pay close attention to detail, and are biased toward action-oriented findings
• Find genuine enjoyment in solving complex problems that lack an obvious solution
• A critical thinker who complements it with strong quantitative analysis
• Enjoy writing and presenting your analyses to the rest of the team
• Likely on a career path in Product, Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science
• Fluency in SQL
• Experience with at least one BI tool, such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Mode
