Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify the causes of changes in the dynamics of business processes
- Analyze user behavior, and search for hidden patterns
- Evaluate the results of experiments
- Participate in product development processes and strategy
- Assess the potential impact of proposed changes
- Create and maintain up-to-date dashboards in the Tableau
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in mobile/product analytics
- Similar work experience in international product companies (B2C: gaming, dating, gambling, betting, FinTech, EdTech, social networks, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of SQL
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment
- Understanding the basics of mathematical statistics at the level of the ability to explain what A test is, how the statistical significance i the test is determined, etc.
- Hands-on experience with BI systems (Power BI, Tableu)
- Experience working with large amounts of data, the ability to structure and analyze them
- Good Russian as a plus
