We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Poultry Farm Management Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our poultry farm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all daily operations across broiler and/or layer poultry sections.
- Monitor animal health, nutrition, and growth, ensuring optimal production standards.
- Implement and enforce farm biosecurity and hygiene practices.
- Manage and mentor farm workers, including task allocation, training, and performance supervision.
- Monitor feed usage, water supply, and environmental controls (ventilation, temperature, lighting).
- Maintain accurate records of livestock inventory, mortality, medication, vaccinations, and production data.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff for disease prevention and treatment schedules.
- Prepare regular reports on farm performance, productivity, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Oversee maintenance of farm infrastructure and equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in poultry farm management or supervisory role.
- Degree or diploma in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of poultry farming best practices and animal welfare standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in farm management software and record keeping.
- Ability to work long hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
