Photographer

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos of events, guests, facilities, food, drinks, staff, and lifestyle experiences.
• Edit, retouch, and color-grade photos for consistent branding and professional quality.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual content for social media and advertising.
• Maintain an organized library of all visual assets and ensure proper file backup.
• Provide creative direction during shoots to enhance the quality of each scene.
• Attend and cover all major events, activities, and promotional shoots.
• Produce content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, flyers, and other platforms.
• Suggest creative ideas, shoot concepts, and new content strategies.
• Ensure all photography aligns with brand colors, luxury standards, and marketing goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years professional photography experience (hospitality, lifestyle, or events preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, editing skills, and versatility.
• Proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, and phone-editing apps.
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially evenings, weekends, and event days.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and modern photography trends.
• Ability to direct models, staff, and guests confidently during shoots.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Owns or has access to professional camera equipment (preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
