Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately
- Provide patient counselling on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations and pharmacy standards
- Monitor drug inventory, expiry dates, and proper storage of medications
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and controlled substances
- Supervise pharmacy assistants and support staff where necessary
- Deliver excellent customer service and professional healthcare advice
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D)
- Valid PCN practicing license
- Minimum of 1–2 years relevant pharmacy experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and dispensing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000
