OTC Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets for OTC and anti-malaria products.
  
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Drive product availability and visibility through collaboration with the sales and distribution teams.
• Plan and implement marketing and trade activation campaigns in alignment with brand objectives.
• Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, and medical affairs teams to ensure compliance and product readiness.
• Support and guide the sales team with product knowledge, promotional tools, and performance monitoring.
• Evaluate performance metrics regularly and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize results.
• Lead product launches, relaunches, and lifecycle management activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or brand management, preferably with OTC and/or anti-malaria products.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
• Experience in managing product portfolios and launching new products.
