Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Dispense and fit eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision-correcting devices
- Interpret prescriptions and advise patients on appropriate options
- Maintain accurate records and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with optometrists and ophthalmologists to deliver comprehensive eye care
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Optician
- Diploma or degree in Opticianry or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in optical software and technology
