Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ health conditions and document relevant information.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Provide appropriate nursing care and support to patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment, medication, and healthy living.
- Monitor patients’ response to treatment and report changes promptly.
- Assist with wound care, injections, dressing, and other nursing procedures.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide basic emergency care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic patient-care environment.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow established clinical guidelines, infection-control procedures, and healthcare standards.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- Good clinical and patient-care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Candidates must reside in Lagos
