- Supervise daily activities, manage staff, and oversee workflows to enhance business functionality.
- Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory standards.
- Manage and monitor budgets, reduce costs, and work to maximize profits.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and track progress toward business goals.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and help achieve company objectives.
- Coordinate logistics like shipments and deliveries, maintain accurate records, and oversee administrative functions.
- Manage, assign, and evaluate staff, and promote health and safety standards
- OND, HND/B.Sc in a related field.
- Must have proficiency in computers and be IT literate.
- Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
