Job Summary

Job Description We are looking for three years of experienced qualified and innovative Operations Officer to increase the efficiency and profitability of our operations. Applying candidate must have at least three years of experience as a sales and operations manager. In this role, your duties will include reporting to the Chief Operating Officer

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities for Operations officer

- Track long term sales data

- Research and create a strategy for new markets

- Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams

- Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management

- Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data

- Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods

- Monitor and assist with customer retention

- Train staff on new technology and software

- Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.

- Hiring and onboarding employees and mentoring current ones

- Reporting sales and campaign results

- Proficiency in Project Management

- Creating and overseeing sales funnel

- Developing human resources policies, and monitoring compliance and performance

- Creating a partnership with new markets and hubs.

- Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators

- Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material

- Assisting with the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representatives

- Collecting sales and operation data and using that data to improve sales and operational productivity.

- Managing stockiest inventory, delivery, commission, and incentives

- Collecting stockiest, customer and vendor data to create a more effective sales and operational strategy.

- Finding a new market and creating a strategy, action plan and execution for the brand to thrive in this market.

 

 

Qualifications for Operations Officer

- Candidate must have B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

- Candidate must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis and its environs

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to perform advanced computing functions

- Familiarity with databases and sales software and the ability to use them to drive data and efficiency.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel

- Strong communication skills

- Three + years in a similar position with beauty & fashion brand

- Ability to problem solve

- Ability to work and communicate effectively with a team

- Ability to multitask

 - Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

- Ability to work under pressure

- Advance excel skills with a strong understanding of other CRM applications and other email marketing strategies
