- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on social media.
- Develop and implement online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Utilize advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to maximize reach.
- Foster positive relationships with online customers.
- Respond to customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Encourage customer reviews and testimonials.
- Generate creative and appealing content, including guaranteed videos, product descriptions, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
- Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and customer retention.
- Collaborate with the offline promotion team to align online promotions with overall sales objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging online marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on market research.
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
