We are looking for an innovative and dedicated individual to join our team as a nutritional facilitator to mobilize communities, screen for malnutrition, and deliver educational sessions on nutrition, health, and hygiene particularly in community or emergency settings.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- The individual will organize nutrition support groups and sensitize communities on locally produced nutritious foods.
- The individual will conduct screenings for children under 5 and pregnant/breastfeeding women for nutritional risk. Provide key messages on health, hygiene, and nutrition.
- The individual will support Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) and other nutrition-related activities.
- The individual will monitor field activities, track beneficiary data, and submit regular, accurate reports on program performance.
- The individual will act as a liaison between the community and health facilities, ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nutritional science or any related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with community members.
- Ability to work in challenging, fast-paced, or remote environments.
- Experience in community health or nutrition programs.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
