Marketer

Responsibilities:

Brand Promotion & Awareness

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
• Create compelling brand messages and materials for digital and offline platforms.
• Conduct field activations, market visits, and vendor outreach to grow visibility.

Customer & Vendor Acquisition

• Source, approach, and onboard new vendors/partners.
• Drive user acquisition through targeted marketing efforts, promotions, and community engagement.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community groups.

Content & Social Media Marketing

• Assist in planning and creating social media content, ads, and promotional materials.
• Monitor trends and competitor activities to improve marketing strategies.
• Support in managing online engagement and feedback.

 Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct market surveys to understand customer needs and competitor positioning.
• Identify new opportunities and locations for marketing expansion.
• Provide weekly reports on market activities, leads, and performance.

Event & Activation Support

• Participate in exhibitions, events, campaigns, and roadshows to represent the brand.
• Organise mini pop-up activations around target communities to boost awareness.

Sales Support

• Promote products/services to potential clients and close marketing-related leads.
• Work with the sales and operations team to improve customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience
