Media Operations Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Media Operations Officer to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and produce high-quality videos that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's social media accounts, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement content strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth.
- Plan, script, and create compelling short-form video content aligned with the company's products, services, and target audience.
- Conduct video shooting, including scene setup, camera operation, and lighting adjustments.
- Edit and publish videos, incorporating music, subtitles, graphics, and other post-production enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to improve content strategy and account performance.
- Collaborate with the Brand Promotion Team and the China Headquarters on promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all social media accounts comply with platform guidelines and maintain good standing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE); candidates with qualifications in Media, Communication, Advertising, Film Production, or related fields will have an advantage.
- At least 6 months of experience in social media management and video content creation.
- Proficiency in using smartphones or cameras for video production.
- Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and storytelling.
- Experience using video editing software and mobile editing applications.
- Good knowledge of at least two major social media platforms and their content algorithms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to engage audiences and build online communities.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing social media trends and platform updates.
