Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create promotional flyers, banners, advertisements, and digital marketing materials.
- Develop visual assets that align with the company's brand identity and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and other relevant teams to translate ideas into effective visual content.
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layouts, and overall brand presentation.
- Organise design files and deliver completed projects within agreed timelines.
- Stay informed about current graphic design trends and creative techniques.
Requirements:
- A portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creativity.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or equivalent software.
- Good understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and openness to constructive feedback.
