Responsibilities:
- Prepare Akara and other food products according to established recipes and procedures.
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, appearance, portion size, and overall product quality.
- Follow the company's recipes, production processes, and operational standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Ensure ingredients are handled, stored, and used properly.
- Monitor quantities and minimise food waste.
- Work efficiently and maintain product quality during busy periods.
- Assist with other food production activities as required.
- Take responsibility for the quality and consistency of all food produced.
- Report production issues, shortages, or quality concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised food production area.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of an HND in a related field
