Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business goals.
  • Plan, create, and manage campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare performance reports to guide decision-making.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence through engaging content and consistent posting.
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create compelling digital content.
  • Run A/B tests to optimize ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage website updates and ensure content is optimized for user experience.
  • Engage in online community management and respond to customer inquiries on social platforms.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, SendGrid, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite (optional but a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
