Marketing & GTM Execution Associate (Hybrid)

I am hiring a Marketing & GTM Execution Associate to help us execute our go-to-market strategy across content publishing, outbound outreach, and demo coordination.
This is a hands-on execution role.
Our GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and content direction are already defined by leadership. Your role is to execute accurately, consistently, and on schedule, while contributing ideas within the existing strategy.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForContent Execution & Publishing
- Format, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Execute a predefined weekly content calendar
- Turn approved drafts, outlines, or voice notes into live posts
- Ensure content goes out on time and in the correct format
- Track basic engagement and performance metrics
Content Idea Contribution (Within Strategy)
- Suggest content ideas and formats aligned with the existing GTM strategy and messaging guidelines
- Surface content ideas from:
- outreach conversations
- demos
- customer questions and objections
- Submit content ideas for approval before execution
GTM Outreach Execution
- Execute outbound outreach using provided scripts (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email where applicable)
- Manage lead lists and outreach trackers
- Follow up with prospects and coordinate demo bookings
- Update CRM or tracking sheets with outreach and demo activity
Coordination & Operations
- Maintain a weekly GTM execution tracker
- Coordinate with Sales/QA on demo schedules
- Flag recurring objections, feedback, or insights from prospects
- Ensure daily and weekly GTM tasks are completed
What This Role Is NOT
- You will not define marketing or GTM strategy
- You will not change product positioning or messaging
- You will not independently redesign content direction
- You will not run ads or experiments without approval
This role is about disciplined execution with thoughtful input, not strategy ownership.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or execution-focused roles
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable executing structured instructions
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Experience with WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and basic outreach workflows
- Organised, reliable, and process-driven
Nice to have:
- Startup experience
- Exposure to B2B, SaaS, or tech products
- Basic understanding of funnels and lead tracking
Work Mode
- Hybrid role
- Remote execution with on-site collaboration as required
- Must be responsive during agreed working hours
How Success Will Be Measured (First 60–90 Days)
- Consistent execution of the content calendar
- Daily outbound outreach completed as planned
- 20–30 demos booked through executed GTM activities
- Clean tracking and reporting
- Zero strategy drift
