Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
- Develop and inspect land surveying projects.
- Advise the company on title issues and environmental and insurance issues.
- Represent their company in court, participate in trials and hearings, file appeals, and draft documents and legal pleadings.
- Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Location: Lagos (Lekki-Ajah axis)
