Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or a related field
- Proven experience as a journalist or reporter (experience in political or governance reporting is highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of political systems, governance structures, and public policy
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, research, and investigative abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools and content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of media laws, ethics, and responsible reporting practices
