We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead our IT operations, strengthen system reliability, and drive technology innovation across the organisation. This role oversees infrastructure management, cybersecurity, user support, and digital transformation initiatives to ensure seamless and secure operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, applications, and workstations.
- Lead and supervise the IT team, ensuring effective performance and task delivery.
- Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and best practices to safeguard company data.
- Monitor system performance and security metrics, proactively addressing risks and downtime.
- Plan, manage, and execute IT projects, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Provide high-level technical support and resolve escalated hardware/software issues.
- Conduct periodic security assessments and vulnerability testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection laws, and company policies.
- Prepare IT budgets, track expenditures, and optimise technology costs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and disaster recovery plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT management or senior IT roles.
- Strong technical background in systems administration, networks, and cybersecurity.
- Certifications (CCNP, ITIL, CISM, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft) are an advantage.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing IT teams.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple IT initiatives.
- Commitment to innovation, system reliability, and continuous improvement.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - 600,000
