Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to management and business units on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks across the organization.
- Oversee litigation, disputes, and external counsel relationships.
- Support corporate governance, board matters, and policy development.
- Conduct training sessions on legal and compliance topics for employees.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in-house.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team
