Job summary
We are hiring a proactive, professional and experienced Legal Officer is our prestigious company, that will handle company’s legal documentation, and ensure proper record management.

Responsibilities:
- Handle company legal documentation and ensure proper record management.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to management on company policies and regulatory matters.
- Ensure the company complies with applicable laws and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies and legal representatives when necessary.
Requirement:
- Minimum of B.Sc. (LL.B) in Law.
- Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-call experience is an advantage.
- Experience in handling company documentation and corporate legal matters.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract drafting, and legal compliance.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000
Location: Lekki Phase 1
