Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the content and curriculum strategy for Earlybrite's fun and educational programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and educational standards.
- Collaborate with curriculum development experts to create fun & engaging hybrid programs, including Exchange programs and excursions.
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions and organizations to expand program offerings.
- Ensure programs comply with educational regulations and standards.
- Implement evaluation and assessment methodologies to measure program impact.
- Contribute to grant proposals, funding initiatives, and reporting on program achievements.
- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to drive innovation in program development.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in program management and curriculum development.
- Strong understanding of multilingual education and diverse learning environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of education policies and regulations.
- Results-driven with a passion for improving educational access.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 200,000
