Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s growth plan
- Responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel through customer growth, acquisition, retention
- Develops strategies to upsell our products
- Set key performance indicators and growth targets
- Facilitates product development information flow from customers to marketing and operations teams
- Monitor and create contents for digital marketing platform
- One to two years marketing experience in banking or POS payment company
- A good university degree (Minimum of second class upper)
- MBA from reputable Institution is an advantage
- A proven track record working to KPI in marketing setting
- Good knowledge of digital marketing is a must
- Knowledge of graphic design is an advantage
- A positive, proactive & motivated learner who can work independently and manage their own diary.
