Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
• Create engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets, that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
• Manage and maintain our presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions to build a strong online community.
• Keen knowledge of social media software to implement and engage with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize our social media strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and leverage emerging platforms and features to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences across different social media platforms.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making.
