- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize our social media strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and leverage emerging platforms and features to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences across different social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
