Responsibilities:
- Design graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and property promotions.
- Shoot and edit videos for property tours, promotions, and client presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver content on time.
- Maintain and manage design and video equipment.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or videography.
- Senior candidates must have knowledge of WhatsApp for business communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Must reside within or around Ajah / Ikota.
