Job summary
We are looking for a competent Field Sales Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of new customers to improve sales performance
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction
- Handling objections, negotiating Pricing and closing business deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Taking the assigned territory as their constituents by constantly visiting customer outlets for sales order generation and sales growth
- Developing and implementing strategies for the assigned territory or market segment to maximise Sales coverage
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve complex complaints or issues
- Monitoring competitors' products and strategies, providing feedback to management and maintaining accurate sales activities in the CRM system
- Oversee daily sales activities, manage schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinating with logistics or other departments to process orders and track deliveries
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management
Requirements:
- B.Sc/OND/HND in Marketing or any Social Science.
- Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in Pure Sales in an FMCG or Manufacturing Company.
- Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and solve Problems.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies and market trends
- Must be Geographically Mobile.
- Must be Proficient in the use of Ms Word and Excel.
- Possession of a valid E-Class Drivers Licence will be an added advantage.
- Not more than 35 years of age.
