Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote company products and services through direct, face-to-face interactions.
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned locations.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain service benefits clearly.
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers and brochures.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales and lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and sales.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve overall goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customer engagement is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good physical stamina for field activities.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
