Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate factory operations to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality control, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Manage and train production staff for optimal productivity and compliance.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily reports.
- Work closely with the quality control and inventory teams to ensure efficient material usage.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Food Science, Production Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of production processes and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
