About the Role
We’re looking for a Facilities & Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our existing property portfolio while supporting the Lead Project Manager on new construction and refurbishment projects.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands facilities operations and wants to grow deeper experience in construction project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Management (Existing Properties)
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations across an existing property portfolio
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service contractors
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure assets are well maintained
- Track maintenance schedules, issues, and costs
- Ensure properties comply with safety and operational standards
Project Support (New Builds)
- Assist the Lead Project Manager in planning and executing new construction projects
- Support contractor coordination, site supervision, and progress tracking
- Help monitor timelines, budgets, and material deliveries
- Prepare basic reports, site updates, and documentation
- Support snagging, handover, and post-completion activities
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years experience in facilities management, construction, or project coordination
- Practical understanding of building maintenance and site operations
- Basic knowledge of construction workflows and contractor management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working on-site and across multiple locations
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
Requirements
- HND / BSc in Building Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with real estate developers or property portfolios
- Ability to read basic construction drawings
- Familiarity with simple project tracking tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
