We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and highly adaptable Management Graduate Trainees to join our organization. This structured graduate programme is designed to develop future business leaders by providing hands-on experience across key business functions, including operations, administration etc.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in structured training programmes and rotational assignments across various departments.
  • Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental projects and business initiatives.
  • Support daily business operations and administrative activities.
  • Conduct market research, business analysis, and data collection to support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation for management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
  • Analyze business performance data and recommend operational improvements.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Perform other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors and management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance.
  • Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
  • 0–2 years of work experience (internship or NYSC experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities.
