The Senior Research Analyst will be responsible for leading complex research projects, conducting in-depth market and industry analysis, and delivering actionable insights that support business strategy and client engagements.

Responsibilities:
Research Leadership & Project Management:
- Lead and manage research projects from planning through execution and reporting.
- Design research methodologies and frameworks aligned with project objectives.
- Oversee data collection activities and ensure research quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate multiple research assignments and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
Market & Industry Intelligence:
- Conduct comprehensive market, industry, economic, and competitor analyses.
- Monitor emerging trends, opportunities, risks, and regulatory developments.
- Provide strategic insights that support business growth, investment decisions, and market expansion initiatives.
- Develop industry reports, sector outlooks, and market intelligence briefings.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
- Analyze large and complex datasets using quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
- Interpret findings and develop actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create dashboards, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and clarity of all research deliverables. Stakeholder Engagement
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Present research findings and strategic recommendations to management and clients.
- Collaborate with business development, consulting, and project teams to support organizational objectives.
- Respond to stakeholder requests for market intelligence and analytical support.
- Build credibility as a trusted advisor through evidence-based insights
Quality Assurance & Team Support:
- Review and validate research outputs prepared by junior team members.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to research analysts and associates.
- Support the development of research tools, templates, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the research function.
Thought Leadership & Knowledge Management:
- Contribute to white papers, industry reports, publications, and thought leadership content.
- Maintain and expand internal knowledge repositories and research databases.
- Identify innovative research approaches and analytical techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- A first-class degree is an added advantage
- ACA or CFA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in research, market intelligence, business analysis, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading research projects and delivering strategic insights.
- Experience working across multiple industries or sectors is highly desirable.
- Advanced research & project management skills.
- Experience with research databases, survey tools, and data visualization platforms.
