Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate lessons that support children’s holistic development.
- Use Montessori materials and EYFS principles in teaching.
- Observe, assess, and document pupils’ progress and learning patterns.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents and participate in school events.
- Support children’s emotional and social growth through positive interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of NCE or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed. / Early Childhood Education) or related field.
- Montessori or EYFS certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in early years classes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm for hands-on learning
- Patience, empathy, and strong classroom presence
