Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and execute a global-standard digital marketing strategy tailored to car lovers, lifestyle seekers, and aspirational customers.
- Define and protect the brand voice, tone, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Benchmark constantly against leading global brands and ensure Riltouche competes at that level of class.
Content Creation & Management:
- Oversee and produce cinematic, engaging, and viral-worthy content (short-form videos, reels, YouTube shorts, car transformation stories, lifestyle shots, behind-the-scenes).
- Direct collaboration with photographers, videographers, designers, and AI tools.
- Build and manage a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and X (Twitter).
Paid Advertising & Growth:
- Design and run data-driven paid campaigns (Meta Ads, X, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok Ads) with clear KPIs for acquisition and retention.
- Execute A/B testing, retargeting, and ROI-focused optimisation.
- Drive aggressive but sustainable growth in audience, leads, and conversions.
Community Building & Engagement:
- Foster active engagement with car owners, enthusiasts, and lifestyle audiences.
- Build a loyal online community that views Riltouche and allied brands as more than a wash—a lifestyle movement.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand ambassador programs.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Report weekly on campaign and content performance (reach, engagement, CTR, leads, ROI).
- Use insights to refine strategies and content.
- Stay current with global digital marketing trends, platform shifts, and algorithm updates.
Partnerships & PR:
- Convert online attention into footfall at outlets.
- Partner with auto brands, accessory companies, lifestyle firms, and F&B for cross-promotions.
- Execute PR campaigns to position Riltouche as a category leader in Africa.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Valid industry-relevant certifications
- Mandatory: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a digital or advertising agency handling high-standard brands.
- Demonstrated success in managing social media and ad campaigns for lifestyle, luxury, FMCG or automotive brands.
- Portfolio of past work showing globally competitive campaigns.
- Strong storytelling and mastery of social/digital trends.
- Proven expertise in paid ad campaign management.
- Content creation and direction skills with global appeal.
- Analytics and performance-optimization mindset.
- Ability to manage communities and foster brand love.
- Creative, experimental, lifestyle-savvy.
KPIs (Success Metrics):
- Follower/subscriber growth (monthly %).
- Engagement rate improvement.
- Cost per lead/customer acquisition reduction.
- Conversion of online leads into offline visits.
- Viral content milestones (10k–100k+ views).
- Recognition of Riltouche and allied brands among the top 3 most-followed and loved African car wash and detailing brands in 2 years.
Remuneration: NGN150,000 monthly
Location: Abeokuta HQ (Hybrid/Flexible for Campaigns)
