Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee all digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms to increase engagement and following.
- Lead brand-building initiatives to enhance brand recognition, consistency, and reputation.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant digital content across platforms.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing messages and campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform digital strategy.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Oversee website content updates, performance tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Build and manage relationships with digital agencies, influencers, and other marketing partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in digital marketing management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email automation, and web analytics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong creative thinking and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
