We are seeking a senior-level Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to take full ownership of our organisation’s digital ecosystem. This role goes beyond content scheduling — you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online presence, including social media, brand visibility, website management, digital campaigns, and online product sales. You’ll work closely with staff, volunteers, and senior leadership to promote our programmes, events, and products. You’ll also play a key role in growing our digital community, managing paid advertising, and leading the development of our membership offers and e-commerce platforms. This is a remote role for someone based in Nigeria, working flexibly within UK hours (10 AM – 6 PM UK time).

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across all platforms.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics.
- Create and implement content calendars, coordinating posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop visual content (graphics, flyers, short videos) using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Ensure all content reflects the organisation’s tone of voice and brand identity.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Maintain and update the organisation’s WordPress website, including blogs, event pages, plugins, and product listings.
- Support SEO, blog publishing, and search performance strategies.
- Respond to online queries and messages in a professional, brand-aligned tone.
- Manage e-commerce platforms and digital product sales (e.g. planners, templates, memberships).
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to gather content and support project promotions.
- Create digital funnels and landing pages to promote products or grow membership.
- Maintain a central library of digital assets and templates for staff use.
- Stay up to date with digital trends and suggest improvements or innovations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing or communications, preferably at a senior level.
- Proven experience running ad campaigns, tracking analytics, and delivering results.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent English and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an added advantage).
- Hands-on experience managing and updating WordPress websites.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and SEO principles.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use insights to improve campaigns.
- Ability to manage online product listings and support digital sales funnels.
- Experience leading digital growth strategies across multiple platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work remotely.
