Job Summary
Our Client in the Pharmaceuticals Sales and Marketing subsector is looking for an ambitious Data Entry Officer in our Sales outlet at Idumota the successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. You will be part of a team of professionals working to develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database.
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
- Research, track and restore accounting and documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Constantly update job knowledge
Requirement:
- Minimum academic qualification of either an HND, OND or BSc in any social science course
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Previous experience as a data entry officer without the minimum required degree can apply
- High Integrity and proactiveness

- Good organizational skills and ability to work with deadlines
- Good business acumen
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Remuneration: NGN 60,000
Working days: Monday to Saturday
