Job Summary
This job opening is for a Technical Assistant to work with our Group CEO especially for the newly created retail products/fashion arm of the group, but will be required to work within other areas or as may be directed.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and technical support
- Handle emails and data entry
- Manage satisfactorily, online sales of products
- Receive phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Manage very well entries and correspondence on business websites
- Manage very well the social media and it’s attendant correspondence
- Manage travel itineraries
- Make transportation arrangements for principal
- Assist principal in assigned activities
- Ensure tidiness and consistent neatness of work environment by monitoring
- Responding to client enquiries through phone and email
- Make required purchases as may be requested by principal
- Ensure smoothness of principal’s schedule by planning ahead and ensuring all schedule requirements are met aforehand.
- Conduct research as required
- Generate reports as required
